New training arrangements at Rossett Sports Centre

In order to maintain regular training through autumn and winter, we've secured a block booking at Rossett Sports Centre, Pannal Ash Road, Harrogate HG2 9JP from this Tuesday 8th September between 8.00 - 9.00pm.  We'll be training outside on the Astro-turf surface so please ensure that you wear the appropriate footwear as well as bringing along adequate clothing in case of adverse weather conditions. 

 

We're very pleased that we've managed to secure this facility which will ensure that we can continue with the training exercises and routines which you've become accustomed to at Darley recently.  This will help to improve and maintain your overall fitness levels for the forthcoming season.

 

As we will only have an hour to train, can you please ensure that you arrive in good time - ready to start at 8.00pm sharp.  I would also ask that you bring with you £2.00 each week which will go towards the cost of hiring the pitch.
